About the Hook Up Crochet Club

What is the Hook Up Crochet Club?
The Hook Up Crochet Club is a calm, kind, human-made crochet community — a place where you can share your work, learn, and connect without fear or judgment.

Members get access to:
70 + ad-free premium patterns and printables in the Crochet Vault
A new monthly Crochet Magazine with 4 exclusive designs
A kind, ad-free community inside our private Skool group
Downloadable resources, tutorials, and occasional CALs

Who is the club for?
For crocheters who crave calm, connection, and creativity — whether you’re brand new, experienced, or somewhere in between.

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by chaotic Facebook groups, lonely crafting alone, or tired of AI-generated noise… this space was made for you.

What makes it different?
Kindness is our culture. Every member can share freely, ask for help, and learn in a safe, supportive space. No judgment, no chaos, no pressure — just real people and real creativity.

FAQ — Swecraftcorner Blog

FAQ — SweCraftCorner Blog

Welcome to Swecraftcorner, the home of all things crochet — patterns, tutorials, creative chaos, and a few too many unfinished projects (we’ve all been there).
Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about the blog, patterns, and how everything works around here..

About The Blog

Swecraftcorner is a crochet blog where I share free and premium crochet patterns, tutorials, and creative resources for makers of all levels, along with the occasional craft tutorial.
You’ll also find posts about crochet design, blogging, creative crafts, and running a crochet business — basically, everything I’ve learned (sometimes the hard way) about turning yarn into income.

Most of the patterns on the blog are free to view, supported by ads. You can also grab printable ad-free PDF versions or find exclusive designs inside The Hook Up Crochet Club or In the shop.

Yes — every pattern is written, tested, and photographed by me (unless stated otherwise). Occasionally, I feature guest designers, but they’re always clearly credited.

We also create curated roundup posts of amazing patterns we find around the would. We do not own the rights to these patterns and to access those patterns (free or paid) you will need to click the link associated with the image for each design to access those patterns

You can print the free versions for personal use through your web browser, but please don’t repost or distribute them elsewhere.
If you prefer a neat, printer-friendly version, the PDFs are available in my shop or as part of your Hook Up Magazine subscription.

Yes! Every premium pattern or magazine issue includes a beautifully formatted, ad-free PDF.
Subscribers to The Hook Up Magazine automatically get these each month.

Using My Patterns

Absolutely!

You can share links to my patterns, but please don’t copy, translate, or repost the actual instructions anywhere.
If you’d like to collaborate on a translation or feature one of my designs, just reach out first — I’m happy to discuss it.

Yes, and thank you! You’re welcome to use one photo with a link back to the original post.
Please don’t copy the pattern instructions or upload the PDF directly — linking keeps everything fair.

Great eye! I do my best to triple-check everything, but occasionally a sneaky typo slips through.
Send me a message through my contact page or reply to the newsletter — I’ll fix it ASAP.

Free vs Premium Content

Free patterns are published on the blog and supported by ads.
Premium patterns (found in The Hook Up Crochet Club or the shop) are ad-free, printable, and often include extra sizes, tutorials, or variations you won’t find in the free version.

Sign up for The Hook Up Newsletter — you’ll get a welcome email with your personal Vault access link.

The Premium Vault is exclusive to Club members. It includes premium patterns, and special bonuses released only to paying members.

Join The Hook Up Newsletter! You’ll get new patterns, exclusive resources, and crochet inspiration straight to your inbox.
(And unlike that one subscription you forgot about, this one’s genuinely useful.)

Collaborations & Contact

Yes — just use one photo per pattern, and include a credit and link back to Swecraftcorner.
Reposting the full pattern or PDF is not allowed, but sharing your projects made from my designs is very welcome (and makes my day).

Sometimes, yes! If you’re a crochet designer or blogger with something unique to share, reach out via the contact page.
I love collaborating with creative makers.

For designer submissions for The Hook Up magazine, we pay a leasing fee of between $20 – $50 depending on pattern, time and exclusivity.

Copyright & Terms

All content on Swecraftcorner is protected by copyright. You’re welcome to share short quotes or images with credit and a link, but full reposting or reuploading is not permitted.

No — you can sell finished handmade items, but you can’t sell, share, or give away the patterns or PDFs themselves.
