pattern Notes

Gekko: First, the entire mask is crocheted. Then, the details are crocheted separately and sewn into place. A magnetic button is used for easy fastening—make sure to sew it on securely.
Owlette: First you will crochet the wings, secondly the mask and then both pieces are crocheted together.
Catboy: First, the entire mask is crocheted. Then, the details are crocheted separately and sewn into place. A magnetic button is used for easy fastening—make sure to sew it on securely.
The mask is crocheted using half double crochet stitches (hdc), but instead of working into the two loops as usual, you will insert your hook between the two stitches from the previous round. This technique creates a smoother, more even look and makes the mask firm.
Unless otherwise stated, The turning chain (ch) does not count as a stitch.
When a sequence is repeated, it will be indicated *between asterisks *, and the total number of repetitions will be stated afterward.
For rows where there are increases or decreases, the total number of stitches after that row will be shown in parentheses.
