This is my Jasmine winter hat pattern. It’s a thick hat that warms the head even on the coldest of days. I’ve made it in a baby llama yarn to handle the harshest winters. But it is also super cute and stylish. The hat is made with a jasmine stitch, if you don’t know how to make the jasmine stitch you can have a look at my picture tutorial here.

Materials
Yarn: Llama soft approx. 150gr
Hook: 5,0mm
Optional: Faux fur pompom
The hats finished size will depend on how big your loops are, smaller loops equal a smaller size. I pull my loops to approx. 1,5 cm to get a hat in adult size.

1Puff – a 1puff stitch consists of a puff created by 7 loops before the closing sc is made.
2Puff – a 2puff stitch consists of two puffs created by 13 loops before the closing sc is made.
3Puff – a 3puff stitch consists of three puffs created by 19 loops before the closing sc is made.
Let’s begin!
1. Start by making a 1puff, then make 4 sets of 2puffs and finish off with a 3puff, this has created your first flower. Ch 1
2. 2puff, *2puff, 3puff* x5, 3puff
3. 2puff, 3puff, *2puff, 3puff, 3puff* x5, 3puff
4. 2puff, 3puff, 3puff, *2puff, 3puff, 3puff, 3puff* x5, 3puff
5. 2puff, 3puff, 3puff, 3puff, *2puff, 3puff, 3puff, 3puff, 3puff* x5, 3puff
6-12. Make 3puff all the way round.
To make the edge even finish by making 2 1puff and then a sl st.
Cut your yarn and sew in your ends.
