FREE crochet pattern – Crochet skirt, Rose ruffled

One of the first crocheted clothing designs I made is the Rose ruffled strap skirt. And my baby girl looked absolutely adorable in it (she looks adorable in anything). I made the straps with buttonholes to allow for some growth because don’t you just hate it when toy spend time and love making something and they just grow out of it in a week or two!

If you want to find more cute crochet outfits to make for babies and kids you should have a look at some of my other patterns, of course available as free patterns also.

You will find the whole pattern for free in this post.

Have fun crocheting and if you like this pattern don’t forget to save this post to your favorite Pinterest board.

Pattern info specifically to this pattern

Each size is separated with / make sure you have the right amount of stitches for the size you are making.
First, we crochet the waistband and a few rows on the skirt back and forth before we start joining rounds on our skirt, the straps are then crocheted separately.
When joining the skirt, each round ends with ch 2 and then the work turns to be crochet in the other direction.

If you need any clarification on the terms I use you can see them below.
