Rose ruffled strap skirt FREE crochet pattern

This pattern was created for my two daughters, i love the idea that both of them could have matching skirts, My daughters are 1 and 5 years old, therefore the pattern is written in sizes from 6 moths to 6 years.
The pattern is FREE all i ask is that you help me reach more people and shar my post on social media, i would really appriciate it!

You will need:
Yarn: DK/light worsted weight yarn, approx, between 200gr - 500gr
Hook: 4,0 mm
Scissors
Needle
3 buttons
Stitches used:
Slip stitch - sl st
Chain - ch
Single crochet - sc
Half double crochet - hdc
Double crochet - dc
Stitch/stitches - st/sts

Pattern info:
Stitches are separated with , When a series of stitches are repeated these are within * - * And the total number of times the series of stitches is repeated is written after.
Each size is separated with / make sure you have the right amount of stitches for the size you are making.
First we crochet the waistband and a few rows on the skirt back and forth before we start joining rounds on our skirt, the straps are then crcohed seperatly.
When joining the skirt, each round ends with ch 2 and then the work turns to be crochet in the other direction
This pattern contains sizes: 6m / 1y / 2y / 3y / 4y / 5y / 6y
Please note: Not all sizes have been tested, if you feel that something does not add up, please let me know!
Waistband:
Start by chaining 69/75/79/83/87/91/95
R1: In second ch from hook, make 1 sc, then 1 sc in each st across, (68/74/78/82/86/90/94) Ch 1, turn
R2: 1sc in each st across, ch 1 turn
R3: 1sc in first st, ch 2, skip 2 sts, 1 sc in each remaining st, ch 1 turn
R4: 1sc in each st til chain space, 2sc in ch-sp, 1 sc in last st, ch 1turn
R5: 1 sc in each st across, (do not chain 1) turn
Skirt:
R1: Sl st into first 5 sts, ch 1, 1 sc in same st, in next st make 1dc 1hdc 1sc, *skip 1 st, in next st make 1dc 1hdc 1sc* repeat until 6 sts are left. ch 2 turn
R2: *Skip 2 sts, in third st make 1dc 1hdc 1sc* repeat until end of row ( the sl sts from R1: will be left when the row is completed) Ch 2, turn
R3-5:
*Skip 2 sts, in third st make 1dc 1hdc 1sc* repeat until end of row, ch 2, turn
R6: (At the end of this row you will join your work with a sl st)
*Skip 2 sts, in third st make 1dc 1hdc 1sc* repeat until end of row, sl st the skirt togheter, ch 2, turn
From here measure your work:
Repeat R6 until your work measures: 16 /18,5 / 21 / 23,5 / 26 / 28,5 / 31 cm
Fasten of weave in ends
Straps:
The straps are croched to be mirror images of each other.
Right strap:
Ch 57/64/71/78/85/92/99
R1: Make 1 sc in 2nd ch from hook, 1 sc in each st across, ch 1 turn
R2: 1 sc in each st, ch 1, turn
R3: 1 sc in first st, ch 2, skip 2 sts, 1 sc in 3 sts, ch 2, skip 2 sts, 1 sc in each remaining st, ch 1, turn
R4: 1 sc in each st until chain space, 2 sc in ch-sp, 1 sc in 3 sts, 2 sc in ch-sp, 1 sc in last st, ch 1 turn
R5: 1 sc in 10 sts, in next st *1dc 1hdc 1sc* repeat until 5 sts remains, 1 sc in the last 5 sts, (do not ch 1) Turn
R6: sl st into first 5 sts, *skip 2 sts, 1dc 1hdc 1sc in next st* Repeat until 10 sc remains, sl st into next st.
Fasten of weave in ends
Left strap:
Ch 57/64/71/78/85/92/99
R1: Make 1 sc in 2nd ch from hook, 1 sc in each st across, ch 1 turn
